Personnel Coordinator
About the role
Omega Subsea is looking for a structured and proactive Personnel Coordinator to support crewing and logistics operations from the Randaberg office. You will take ownership of planning and coordinating offshore personnel, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation and the possibility of partial home office.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate offshore personnel in line with project needs
- Manage crew changes and communicate with project teams, clients, and employees
- Book travel, accommodation, and visas
- Ensure all personnel have valid certifications before mobilisation
- Work with managers to define staffing requirements
- Maintain crew systems, documentation, and personnel records
- Support invoicing and liaise with external providers
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including the UK office
- Participate in the on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Relevant education or experience in crewing, logistics, HR, planning, or offshore operations
- Experience in administrative or logistical roles
- Offshore, subsea, marine, or project experience is a plus
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Good system understanding and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
